Cancellation policy: • 48 hours notice = no fee • 24 hours notice = 50% of service • No-Show/Same Day = 100% of service Late policy: • In order to still receive your scheduled service you must be no later than 15 minutes late. • If you are 15 minutes late or longer it will be considered a “no-show” and charged accordingly. Re-do policy: • You MUST contact the stylist and receive an adjustment within 7 business days of your service. • Suggested maintenance and care must be followed in order to receive an adjustment at no cost. Refund policy: • Under no circumstances will a refund be issued.
